E & A Transportation Rates

  • $95/hour for 2-4 passengers
  • $160/hour for 5-7 passengers
  • $35 daily fuel charge
  • 5-hour minimum per day
  • All taxes and fees included
  • Trip charge may apply based on pickup location

Booking & Deposit Policy

  • $100 deposit per tour day is required at the time of booking.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable within a few days of your visit, depending on the winery’s policy.
  • Winery-specific deposit requirements are at the discretion of the winery.

Cancellation & Payment Policies

  • Non-refundable deposits are fully credited toward a future visit, valid for one year.
  • Itinerary adjustments can be made at any time, subject to availability.
  • Gratuity is optional but always appreciated.
  • Clients are responsible for tasting fees and any incidental charges, including vehicle damages.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash and credit cards (no checks, please).
