Took a used truck to them I just bought. This was my second time taking a vehicle to them. The service is OUTSTANDING. Very professional and they keep you in the loop on the communication throughout the whole process. Got a completely dead AC blowing ice cold again. Highly recommend them for any car repairs. They are not a cheap just get it working company. They get the repair done right.

Arrow Automotive was the third company that did a transmission repair on my Jeep and they got it right! The pan had been slightly tweaked from the initial repair (another state & business) and no one else could figure out why it leaked. Arrow Automotive conducted a thorough examination and replaced the pan. It’s an enormous relief to not have transmission fluid dripping or worry if the transmission is going to blow out. I appreciate their attention to detail, clean shop and professionalism.
