Tim Slack started his painting career in 1995 working full time in the summers for his father at Slack’s painting while still in high school.

He worked for Timothy Slack Sr for 6 years. Working exclusively at the round pond estate in Rutherford where he learned to paint to the highest possible standards using many products that were no longer commonly used such as oil based paints and lacquer clear finishes.

He went on to work for other painting contractors, some of biggest and some of oldest in the Napa valley learning an incredibly varied amount of finishing techniques.

Working in roles from journeyman painter to estimator at these company’s has given him the skills necessary to handle any project.

Additionally along the way he has worked as a painter in Dublin Ireland and Montana.

His knowledge of finishing is unparalleled in the industry.

Now as principle owner of Slack’s Painting he continues to bring the highest quality finishes to his clients.
