Post-construction

Post-construction cleaning

The final clean after the trades leave: debris, construction dust, stickers and film on the glass, fixtures, restrooms, and the floors.

Construction dust being wiped from a new commercial suite

This is the handover clean, not a nightly janitorial route. After the trades leave, we take out the debris, then the dust, then the film on the glass, then the floors and the restrooms.

Owners, general contractors, and property managers use it before inspection or move-in. Fully insured.

Questions

Is this the same as office cleaning?

No. Construction dust, stickers, and film take a separate pass. Nightly office cleaning can start after this one is done.
